Created with the grant from Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site in Philadelphia, this single channel split screen video piece utilizes source materials created for correctional employees in the United States. This includes conferences, training discussions, and simulated scenarios. The footage is edited to uncover the system behind incarceration and the dialogue that goes on internally within the field of corrections itself. Starting as humorous it dips into uncomfortable border between absurdity and darkness.
